- Do Now: SW begin with Minute Math 9/10 worksheet as a review.
- Whole Class: TW begin a lesson on area with a "Tiling the Plane" activity related to patterns using polygons. TW discuss what "Tiling the Plane" means with students.
- Collaborative: Peer groups will look at various patterns throughout the lesson to determine correct responses with rationalizations.
- Independent: SW create their own tiling patterns on graph paper.
